Parent's Evening Out

Our Purpose and Commitment

To provide each child a safe and loving Christian environment in which to learn and play

 

Activities

We will have games, art, music and much more.

 

Ages

6 weeks through 5th Grade

 

Dates

2nd Friday of each month

(beginning November 9, 2007)

Pre-registration is required.

Times

6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

A late fee of $5.00 will be charged for every 5 minutes beginning at 10:05.

 

What to Bring

 Infants: Diapers

 Bottles and formula

 Change of clothing Toddlers/Two’s: Diapers

 Change of clothing

 Sippy cup

 Towel or blanket

 Three’s/Four’s: Change of clothing

 Towel or blanket

 K – 5th Grade: Change of clothing

 Towel or blanket

~ We will provide a snack.~ Please leave toys at home. They have a tendency to get lost in our toys and blankets.~ Be sure all items are marked with your child’s name.

Illness Policy

To protect our staff and the children in our program, your child is to be symptom free at least 24 hours before they can attend the program (for example: no fever, diarrhea, vomiting from Thursday evening 6:00 p.m. to Friday 6:00 p.m.).

Also, your child cannot attend if they have any green drainage from their nose. Green is considered a sign of infection. If your child becomes sick (fever, diarrhea, vomiting, etc.) while they are in our care, we will notify you immediately to pick your child up as soon as possible.
